Ian Cartwright
Founder / Design Director
Multidisciplinary Graphic Designer who specializes in the creation of brands, visual identity systems and digital and print campaigns for national and international organizations, corporations and institutions.
He orchestrates almost everything visual here at Dovesong, Cofounder and Design Director of The WORD Brand, Multimedia Director at Eastside Church (part of the Lee Park Church Family).
Ian has taught Graphic Design and Multimedia at McDowell Tech in Marion, NC and gives back to the community by offering design to a variety of nonprofit organizations including Ground 40 Ministries, Shirley’s Angels, The Take A Kid Fishing Foundation and more.
Rick Hackley

With a passion and eye for capturing moments that define people, places and events, Rick is a storyteller of sorts. He captures the minutiae and emotion of an occurrence in a single frame.
He specializes in weddings, events and performances, product imagery, family and portraiture.
Rick is the Cofounder of H&H Photography, and Chief Photographer and Production Team Member for the Lee Park Family of Churches.
He volunteers his talents for nonprofit organizations including Ground 40 Ministries and more.

Dana is a Creative Marketing virtuoso with experience helping businesses to establish and expand their digital presence in this social media forward world.
With expertise in Copywriting, Branding, Graphic Design, Social Media Management, Advertising, Web Design, E-commerce and more, Dana helps companies fine tune their brand voice, create content to match their message and execute it in a manner that best fits the brand’s goals.
